Aims & Objectives

The core objectives of PHIRR Pakistan Human International Rights & Resources:
– To protect human rights of the poor people in Pakistan.
– To provide shelter to deserving homeless persons in shape of free housing schemes.
– To provide quality heath care facilities free of cost, to poor and needy.
– To provide soft loans to poor to enable them to establish their own business/earnings.
– To provide technical and financial assistance to farmers and the poor technicians.
– To bear marriage expences to poor girls.
– To promote educational activities up to grass root level, educational and vocational training institutes / schools will be opened to provide free of cost education in villages , towns & cities nationwide. In addition to it free of cost books, stationary items uniforms & shoes.
– Efforts will be made to discourage and discard illegal and unlawful prisoners of the feudal lords in rural areas of the country.
– To Provide free medical facilities to poor and needy, a big hospital project is also under process.
– Festival and program will be organized from time to time all over the country to highlight culture , customs , and traditions of our beautiful country.
-To create consciousness with respect to rights & obligations Among individuals.
-To work for the ratification and implementation by Pakistan of Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other related convents and protocol.

-To co-operate with National and International organizations groups and individuals engaged in promotion Human Rights at home and abroad.
-To take necessary action in preventing Human Rights Violations and providing aid and assistance including legal aid to victims of Human Rights violations and to individuals and Group striving to protect Human Rights.
-To make efforts to provide basic necessities of life such drinking water, medical relief, dowry to poor, and helpless girls, drainage and other rural development schemes like model villages particularly to the people of remote areas living in small villages.
-To help in keeping the environment free from pollution by encouraging tree plantation and other measures.
-To educate and create consciousness among youth and women against drugs, narcotics and HIV-AIDS and to work for the welfare of youth and women.
-To promote “Human Rights Protection Houses” throughout the country.
-To give legal advice and protection from social abuses.
